Well, there is a huge house in Norfolk looking for an owner and the one who gets it will be living in a house with a bowl inside of it. The three bedroom house is located in the town of Terrington St. Clement near King's Lynn.

Terrington is a quiet village close to the North Sea that since its founding has been a small settlement, but that in recent times have grown quite much. Now this coastal area provides England with rich agricultural farmland of alluvial silt and clay.

Let’s call the house the "Sk8 home". It has a courtyard, wooden flooring throughout, a range cooker, an open plan living space, skylight, integrated appliances and is pretty modern inside.

"The dining area is off to one side and to the rear of this area is the lounge space, the perfect place to relax with the lit wood burner in the winter," the sk8 home owner said in their post at Right Move.

"The open plan kitchen features Vietnamese slate splashbacks and a wood-burning stove, while the bedrooms upstairs have skylights to let in the sunrise of a morning," Jessica Lindsay said to Metro News.

To get into the skatepark you will have to go through an internal door, " the skate bowl, uniquely designed and built by the current owner, complete with 13' vert wall, mini skate park and three 4' quarter pipes," the owner explain on their post selling the house.

"Stairs lead to the first floor with two further bedrooms, the carpeted master features a large Velux window along with an internal window overlooking the skate park".

What would you pay for the Sk8 home? Its price is rounded to £240,000, it was featured on Netflix in a series called Amazing Interiors, the house is furnished and for sure, warm.

If you don’t like the skatepark idea, the floor is in perfect condition and you could change the park anytime you want and make it boring again. See more at Rightmove.co.uk!
