When you talk to people about skateboarding you won't only hear about it as sports and competitions, but you will also learn about it as a supportive family with rules that allow them to get along and live in harmony, rules that must be respected.
Following are three of the core rules in skateboarding, these are usually unspoken rules that everyone abides to being a part of the skateboarding community.
#1 You Won't Make Fun of Others Falling From Their Skateboards

Skateboarding is more than a sport, it's a lifestyle and a community where respect and support is essentials. This rule is based on a concept of community, a skatehood that allows mistakes and falls and where you can feel part of a family in a comfortable way.
#2 When You Fall, You Get Back Up
Skateboarding isn't easy, there will be a lot of falls and hits. That doesn't mean that you have to quit, on the contrary, achieving the tricks requires discipline and commitment.
Whenever anyone falls the rule is to try again because only with practice you will become as good as you strive to be.
#3 Patience Is The Only Way To Get Better
Patience is another great virtue that will help anyone that wants to become a skateboarder, without patience you won't enjoy the process of learning and growing on your ride.
