We can say that skateboarding has had its ups and downs depending on the season, but at this time we are going up and huge brands are looking to us for avenues of growth. Besides involving their products in our world like Louis Vuitton, Nike, Adidas and now New Balance are, some of them are also offering their knowledge and experience to bring better skate shoes to the market.

New Balance is one of the oldest sports footwear brands and was founded at the beginning of the 20th century. The New Balance Arch Support Company wanted to help correct foot trouble which inspired the company to make a comfort shoe.

They achieved what they set out to make and for more than a hundred years this brand has pleased their clients with the amazing job they do at doing research and applying technology. On the other hand, skateboarding has gotten all kinds of shoes to learn what's best to skate and protect us from impact and injury.

It's a fact that athletes are the most common group for injuries and they aren't exempt from suffering genetic foot illnesses as well. That's why for us as skateboarders, it is important that we are buying good shoes to skate with because it can affect or influence our lives if we're not taking care of our feet.

There are some skate shoes from New Balance like the Numerics collection that has existed since 2013. On its team you find skaters like Tiago Lemos, Brandon Westgate and Samarria Brevard.

It has more than 40 pairs of shoes exclusive for skateboarding and currently it is releasing 8 new editions, The Numeric 306, 1010, 913, 255, 288, 440 and 379 by Junya Watanabe and Satoru Taguchi.

These shoes features their closed-cell polyurethane insert for impact protection, snug fit, internal hidden toe protection, mesh panels to provide breathability, suede and mesh upper for added durability, and tapered crating in the heel that reduce weight.

This newest Junya Watanabe edition costs around 225 USD, but you can find skate shoes for all price ranges from 80 dollars and up. Always pay attention to what you need and what is best for you and never forget that your comfort comes before style, if you manage to nail both you will have a great skate video recorded.

You will feel comfortable wearing these shoes, but first you have to test them and see what they have to offer and how long they can last while you are skating. Besides all the features that are going to provide a better experience to pull tricks, you will be wearing a trendy shoe that may be expensive but of high quality.
